Who the data controller is

The data controller is Dorianna Collet (Artedory), Cornuda (Treviso, Italy). For any request you can write to doriana.collet@gmail.com or use the details on the page Contact.

What data

The site has no forms and does not collect data automatically. If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I use the data you send (name, contact details, message) only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or a sale. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long

I keep messages for as long as needed to reply and handle any purchase, and to meet legal obligations where applicable.

Cookies and statistics

The site uses technical cookies and tools needed for it to work, which do not require consent: these include the browser storage where your cookie choice is saved for 6 months. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.

Only if you accept it in the banner, the site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits statistically, with the IP address anonymised. It helps me understand which pages and works interest people most. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the link Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. Closing the banner with the X counts as refusing. Data may also be processed by Google outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law.

The hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) may log technical access data, such as the IP address, for security reasons.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
